  • Who is the programme for?

    Responsible Business Essentials is designed for UK registered SMEs at every stage of their responsible business journey, wanting to take the next step. SMEs with 5+ employees are likely to benefit the most.

  • How is the programme delivered?

    The six-month programme combines in-person sessions in central London with online learning, practical tools and opportunities to learn from experts and other SMEs.

  • How much time will my business need to commit?

    The programme includes more than 20 hours of expert and peer-led sessions across six months, alongside online learning and practical activities. It is an opportunity for colleagues across your organisation to join modules relevant to their roles and be upskilled.

  • Who attends the programme?

    This programme was designed for multiple people to engage. For each workshop, 2 places per SME will be reserved but you are welcome to invite more if you let us know.

  • What will my business take away from the programme?

    Your business will be in a stronger position to respond to new business opportunities and supplier requirements, win and retain customers, attract and retain talent and reduce costs and find efficiencies. The business will have gained new knowledge on responsible business, how to implement it and create a Responsible Business Action Plan tailored to your SME so that you can continue putting what the business has learnt, into practice.

  • Will I receive a certificate?

    Participants who attend at least 70% of programme sessions, submit a completed Responsible Business Action Plan, and fill in the evaluation survey can receive a Responsible Business Certificate.
